Fix empty-hand related bugs

Fixed a oversight where "y" is not in the club20 element mix pool.
Fixed a logical oversight regarding legality of elements

Fix final damage of Minibee when dealing non-extra damage.
Fix title oddity being outputted in news.
Fix a case of log oddity when Drafter Weapon is used by player.

Now when a player is raised as a zombie, it will be treated as NPC type 19.
Added a check on club20 obtaining end item
