ISceneNode::deserializeAttributes uses now old values for parameters which are not in the attributes (thx @entity for noticing).

- Fix AA value, which was only setting 0 or 1, which does not activate AA in most cases. Thanks to Mel for noticing this.

Seems that the typedef is not only problematic under Linux, but also under Windows. So removed it completely. I just hope that there is no clash on other platforms - we might have to work around it there then.

Make the output-listbox for filesnames a little bit larger as otherwise only short paths did get displayed.
Also add output for selecting a directory (was mainly needed for bug-hunting, but I guess won't hurt having that always).

Had been 2 bugs in CColorAttribute playing together:
First was that getString was not overloaded so it used the CNumbersAttribute values instead.
Second was that setString used the wrong check when it got a number-array string, so the fallback for those strings had failed.

Bug was caused by CTextureAttribute not overloading the setTexture function correctly.
(compiler warning about that now also gone - just had needed some time to figure out if it's a real bug)

Fixed a few warnings on Windows.
BuildAllExamples project files now working for VS 2011 and VS 2008 (VS 2005 still hasn't new project as I don't have VS 2005 installed anymore... we probably should drop support for that).
