CGUIImageButton inherit from IGUIButton (#2666)

* update the header file of CGUIImageButton

* CGUIImageButton inherit from IGUIButton

* copy implementation from irrlicht 1.8.5

* remove ClickTime, HoverTime, FocusTime

only used in CGUIButton::draw

* remove CGUIButton.h
