[1.2.5.1 Bugs] UI bug for other languages than Chinese and System Msg cannot turn off for Spectate and Replay mode

UI Text not show when enter game as this picture
Text will show when select UI Language again
but when you close game and re-open UI text will gone again.
- In Spectate and Replay mode, this option cannot turn off
