Refactor and consolidate post-processing profiles

Removed 'Global Volume.asset' and merged its post-processing settings into 'DefaultVolumeProfile.asset'. Updated URP asset and quality settings, and cleaned up link.xml to remove unused type preservations. This streamlines post-processing configuration and reduces redundancy in volume profiles.
