Replaced:
[Pendulum Effect] with [ Pendulum Effect ]
and
[Monster Effect] with [ Monster Effect ]

so it can generate the MSE cards.

All the sentences "You can only use each effect of "xxx" once per turn." will not have a new line.

Fixed all the .cdb, seems it was a mistake from my part. I did run some sql commands to make them smaller.
