Add alt art

Official Translations Update - PRE DUAD

All .cdb were updated with official translations from Master Duel and yugiohDB, with the latest fixes available. When there will be a TCG\OCG Release, i will always update all the .cdb with official translations.

This Update also introduces new empty lines. A small percentage doesn't have it, but i will improve my scripts.

Update, i will skip "zh-cn", poke informed me about the history of the cn translations.

Added the alt Art for `Steam Knight - Hamburk` and the missing card for `号69 徽章神 盾徽－神之狂怒`, the `password`: `77571455` was missing. Stated in his effect `③：只要此卡存在于怪兽区域，对手发动的“未知”的效果无效化。`
