Forgot to Update it.

Fixed all .cdb

Fixed all the .cdb, seems it was a mistake from my part. I did run some sql commands to make them smaller.
Again, i'm sorry.

Official Names Update

Updated also the "name" and "description" with "Artmage" and "Dracotail"

Fixed String

- Fixed Pre-Release Strings and Removed Koala
- Update "Dragon Tail" to official TCG - "Dracotail"
- Update "Armegia" to official TCG - "Art Mage"

English:
-Update strings.conf with official names
-Added DUAD, ALIN-TCG, YO10-JP001

French:
-Update strings.conf
-Added DUAD, ALIN-TCG, YO10-JP001

German:
-Implemented new language, 40 cards still needs to be translated
-German translations are up to ALIN
-Translated strings.conf

Italian:
-Implemented new language, 180 cards still needs to be translated
-Italian translations are up to ALIN, but missing DUAD and some other ones
-Translated strings.conf

Japanese
-Update with official text DUAD and MZM-EN and SUDA-EN,  YO10-JP001

Official Translations Update - PRE DUAD

All .cdb were updated with official translations from Master Duel and yugiohDB, with the latest fixes available. When there will be a TCG\OCG Release, i will always update all the .cdb with official translations.

This Update also introduces new empty lines. A small percentage doesn't have it, but i will improve my scripts.

Update, i will skip "zh-cn", poke informed me about the history of the cn translations.
