    EFFECT_PRE_MONSTER
    Allow a spell/trap card to have a monster status.
    
    Card.AddMonsterAttribute
    Add EFFECT_PRE_MONSTER and necessary information.
    
    Card.TrapMonsterComplete
    Add EFFECT_ADD_TYPE and EFFECT_USE_EXTRA_SZONE.
