We're having issues with RD.IsLegendCode not working properly on cards that use it, such as "Negatwor Dragon", where it wont recognize that the card (Negate Attack) is in the GY to apply its Atk reduction effect.

"Star of the Beginning" also cannot add Polymerization either using its effect, which also uses RD.IsLegendCode.

Im wondering how the legend code is applied to the cards like Polymerization and Negate Attack for ygopro? On Omega, its part of the card database, assigned to the card via its Category. Im wondering if ygopro does it differently, resulting in it not working on Omega.
