update nicksrev

修正:
- 在某些情况下使用礼物盒类道具无法开出道具的问题;

开发相关:
- 新增页面 devtools.php 用于跳转一些临时性的开发工具;
- 向user表内新增了字段'nicksrev';
- 修改了头衔数据的储存格式,头衔数据现在以编号形式保存在字段'nicksrev'内,未来会在该字段内保存使用特定头衔获胜的场次/达成过的结局或其他定制内容;
- 添加了头衔相关配置文件 titles_1.php;
- 添加了用于从user表中格式化拉取玩家数据的方法fetch_userdata_by_username();
